overflow-wrap: break-word; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline; word-break: break-word;\">Gatekeepers News reports<\/strong>&nbsp;that in the suit, ASUU was cited as the 1st Respondent while the Minister of Education and the Attorney-General of the Federation were listed as 2nd and 3rd Respondents, respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: white; font-size: medium;\">However on Tuesday, when the matter came up, the factional President of NANS, Umar Faruk Lawal notified the court that he had filed a motion for discontinuance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 1.55; margin: 0px auto 20px; max-width: 660px; overflow-wrap: break-word; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; word-break: break-word;\"><span style=\"font-family: times; font-size: medium;\">He said his decision to withdraw the suit was because of the challenge by NANS, which contested his standing and denied that he is the President of the student body, as he had deposed to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: white; border: 0px; box-sizing: border-box; line-height: 1.55; margin: 0px auto 20px; max-width: 660px; overflow-wrap: break-word; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline; word-break: break-word;\"><span style=\"font-family: times; font-size: medium;\">Though the other two respondents were not represented, however, counsel to ASUU, Marshal Abubakar, informed the court that he was not opposed to Lawal\u2019s application to withdraw the suit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background-color: white;
