Germany has assured Nigeria a donation of 5.5 million euros to support the fight against the novel coronavirus pandemicvin the country.
The promise was made by the German Mission to Nigeria and it was revealed that the donation will be received by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.
According to a tweet by the UNOCHA which reads
โGermany donates 5.5 million euro to the Nigerian Humanitarian Fund, its more critical than ever for vulnerable people to have access to clean water, food and shelter.
This will enable partners to continue delivering life saving aids amidst COVID-19.
